Pool Design Only Package
$500.00

This includes 2Ds and 3D renderings of a pool (and spa if wanted) with hardscapes with up to 3 revisions.

Pool & Cabana Design Package
$750.00

This includes 2Ds and 3D renderings of a pool with hardscapes and a custom cabana with up to 3 revisions.

Renovation Design Package
$300.00

This includes 2Ds and 3D renderings of a pool and hardscape renovation. This includes adding a spa (if wanted), changing pool tile, coping, and inside finish, and changing of hardscape material and shape. No revisions included in this package.

Add Ons
$50.00

This includes firepits, kitchens, water features, negative edge and perimeter overflow feature are an additional charge per item.

Extra Revisions
$50.00

Each revision past the 3 included in design price is an additional charge per revision.

Fees
$25.00

No survey and/or severe terrain are an additional charge per item.

  • Base packages are either $500 for pool only and $750 for a pool and cabana. Each package gets 3 revisions included. After those, each revision is an additional $50.

    Firepits, kitchens, water features and special features like a negative edge or perimeter overflow are an additional $50 for each. Depending on terrain of your backyard, additional charges may be calculated later. If you have no survey and I need to make a site visit for it, a $25 fee will be chagred.

  • Two weeks once I have all photos of your home and backyard, inspiration photos, and survey.

  • No! This can all be done through emails and phone calls. I am based in Charlotte, North Carolina but can do a design for anyone anywhere.

    We can meet locally if you would like to, no charge for that unless you do not have a survey.

  • Not necessarily. However, I will need to come to your home and take measurements and photos. Only issue with this is I will not know setbacks, drainage easements or anything else that could possibly prevent certain designs.

    No survey will equate to a $25 fee as I will need to do a site visit for measurements of your home and photos.

  • When you send me photos of your back yard and I notice fairly severe terrain and you are local to Charlotte, North Carolina I will make a site visit to do terrain measurements.

    Severe terrain will be an additional $25 to the design package as this includes walls and terrain work in my software.

  • 50% deposit to start, 50% at the time the design is sent.
